Goals
The goal was, in a first moment, to create the maximum brand exposure and, in a second moment, to generate new clients. As a consequence, the end game was to increase market share and also increase the conversion rate of sales based on the company’s brand and perceived quality/credibility.
1st Phase / Goal: Create Awareness and Brand impact with branding focused campaigns.
2nd Phase / Final Goal: Generate sales with a performance approach. Convert branding investment into sales.
Results
The results and impact on the brand were a success. Not only the brand recognition was high but the business growth +23% and the number of new accounts +54%. After the campaign end we saw an increase of organic searches for the brand keyword consequence of the the awareness build on the 1st phase of the strategy build by WhiteKube.
Action
We created the entire advertising strategy and how to best use XTB Online Trading’s content - containing Mads Mikkelsen.We decided to create a new Landing Page dedicated to Mads Mikkelsen, as well as create and adapt all advertising content (example: adapt the original video to various short videos). An important aspect was to understand the impact of these branding campaigns. With that in mind, WhiteKube set up all tracking tools necessary to correctly analyse the impact of the new brand communication on: Facebook, Brand Keyword on Google and Youtube Channel.
